Seabass
Description: Farmed and Wild Seabass are similar in shape to Salmon. They are silvery blue-grey in colour with a thin black line running from their gills to their tail which is forked.
Where does it live: Found in most European waters.
When is it in season: August to February for Wild Seabass and all year round for farmed Seabass.
What does it eat: Smaller fish and worms.
Size: 32-70cm.
