Marrfish are always keen to hear from skilled blockmen and drivers.

We train our blockmen to fillet our customers’ fish to exacting standards, ensuring portion control for the hotels, restaurants and pubs we supply. We invest time into each one of our staff members and train them to the highest standards and give them knowledge and confidence to cut and fillet a range of different fish – we supply many different species and each one can be filleted in a number of ways. Our blockmen are also trained in fish handling, as some species can become soft if handled too much.

Our drivers are also skilled in getting our orders to our customers in a timely manner, navigating the boroughs of London and East Anglia.
