We unfortunately don’t accept returns due to the nature of the product.
However, if we’ve made a genuine mistake, or for some unforeseen reason our fish was not up to our usual impeccable standards, then we of course will help to remedy the situation. All we ask is that you PHOTOGRAPH and or VIDEO the fish in question. Please DO NOT throw it away as we need to see it to determine the issue. Any complaints without supporting photographic evidence might not be upheld.
