Description
Halibut is a prime piece of fish and lends itself to be the centre piece to a lovely evening meal.
Simply pan fry or oven bake to 54-60 degrees so not to dry it out, leave the moisture in it and serve – fantastic!
P.S. Andy loves a cream or butter sauce, sssh! Not good for the waistline!
