Open a Trade Account

By completing this form you agree to Marrfish Ltd carrying out credit checks and references upon your legal title and/or trading status and, where necessary, the individuals responsible. An offer of account credit and payment terms will be based upon these checks. Following approval, the account may be opened on cash, 7-day or 30-day terms, with payment due after the invoice date.

Cheques should be made payable to Marrfish Ltd. BACS details will appear on invoices. Cash must be paid to the Marrfish driver upon delivery. Fresho can securely collect card details for payment within the agreed terms.

I/We authorise Marrfish Ltd to obtain references at any time from the bank and trade sources supplied below. Marrfish may search with a credit reference agency, which may keep a record of those searches and share that information with other businesses. Marrfish may also make enquiries about principal directors with a credit reference agency.

I/We have read, understood and retained a copy of Marrfish Limited’s conditions of sale, including the retention of title clause, and agree to trade in accordance with those conditions for all goods supplied.

I/We accept that title to all goods supplied will remain vested in Marrfish Limited until all amounts outstanding on any account have been paid in full.

I/We agree to comply with the settlement terms specified in the conditions of sale.

I/We understand that Marrfish Limited has the statutory right to interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998, as amended, if settlement terms are not followed.
